Miri Batata (Pepper Potato)



A easy and tasty potato preparation especially for the fasting days.

  Ingredients


Ghee
Boiled and chopped potatoes 4 no
1tbsp pepper powder
salt

Method

Heat ghee add potato pieces , pepper powder and salt and stir fry till crispy and little reddish brown.
Do not cover while cooking.
