Pineapple Watermelon Salad

The Summer has started and all you want to have is something cool and refreshing which will leave you fresh.
This colourful salad made from fruits is very inviting during such times. You can have it with other dishes or simply make a meal out of it . This gives you plenty of water content and a boosts you instantly.






Ingredients :

2 cups ..........................Pineapple cubes
2 cups.........................Watermelon cubes (seeds removed)
1 cup...........................onion roughly chopped
 1 ..............................green chilly finely chopped
1 tbsp.......................finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 tsp........................sugar
1 tsp.........................chaat masala
salt





Method :

Add all the ingredients except salt and chaat masala.
Gently mix them all with a fork.
Keep in the fridge and chill thoroughly.
At the time of serving add the salt and chaat masala and serve immediately.


Note : If salt is added with other ingredients , then the salad will leave water and it wont taste good.
