Fagla Kismur ( Kantoli / Kakora Koshimbir )


Kantoli or kantroli is also known as Fagla in Konkani language .

It is a seasonal vegetable available during monsoon season.

Sweet Mushti Kadubu


This is a very traditional naivedyam for Ganesha Chaturthi Festival .

This recipe is very tasty, delicious and healthy too.
These kadabus are shaped with fist and hence the name Mushti kadabu.
The word mushti means fist.
It hardly takes 15-20 minutes for the whole procedure .
