A simple dry dish make out of cauliflower
Ingredients
Cauliflower florets -half kg
chilli pd-1 1/2 tsp
haldi 1/4 tspm
ustard seeds1/2 tsp
hing 1/4 tsp
oil and salt
Method
Heat oil in a kadhai .
When hot add mustard when they splutter,lower make the flame.
Add haldi, chilli, hing immediately and then add florets and salt .
Cook without keeping the lid till cooked.
