Ingredients :
onion 2 big chopped
green chillies -3
mustard-1tsp
haldi-1/2 tsp
kothmir/ naral (optional)
salt sugar oil
Method:
Make small pieces of previous days chapati .
Heat kadai put oil .
Add mustard when they splutter add chopped onions, gr chillies.
Cook till onion is soft.
Then add the roti pieces put salt, sugar, haldi and sprinkle some water.
Cover with the lid and cook for 5 minutes. add lemon juice and chopped kothmir and serve hot
