Just the mention of it makes my mouth water. I am one big fan of all type of chaats. And Sev Puri and Dahi Batata Puri tops the chart. I usually prefer the chaats made by roadside bhaiyyas and am a firm believer that we just can't out do them. But since it being the monsoons here I would rather not risk our health and so preferred to make it at home instead.
Ingredients :
Flat puris - as needed
Onion finely chopped - count 1 for each person
Tomatoes cut finely - half the no of onions
Sweet tamarind chutney
Green pudina chutney
Sev for sprinkling on top
Finely cut coriander leaves
Method :
Arrange Puris on the plate .
Put the chopped onions and tomatoes on them.
Add a small spoon of both chutneys on each puri or of course as per the individual choice.
Top with sev and finally garnish with coriander leaves
