Makkalbeej (Crunchy Fried Masala Groundnuts)

This is a super delicious snack . Can be had anytime of the day. The crunchiness and the spices forbids you from stopping to eat this. It is an ideal accompaniment with mocktails or drinks during the parties .....

Ingredients :

Raw Groundnuts - 1 cup
Besan (Channa dal flour ) - 1 cup
Chilli pd  -  as per needed
Amchoor - as per needed
Salt - as per needed
Oil - to fry

Method :

Soak the groundnuts in water for 3 to 4 hours .
Drain the water .
In the besan add chilli pd, amchoor  and salt  and mix well.
You can add chilli pd and amchoor according to your taste.
Now add the groundnuts and mix every thing.
You may sprinkle little water.
The mixture should just coat the peanuts .

Now heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry these grounnuts .
While putting in oil try to put them separated as much as possible .
