Grilled Potatoes

I had this packet of baby potatoes. Normally I prepare Aloo Dum a spicy North Indian dish, but today I wanted to try something delicious yet simple and less spicy . So I thought of marinating them with some herbs which I had. The result was this delicious dish  which got over in no time ........


Ingredients :

Baby Potatoes - 15 to 20
Crushed Garlic - 2 tsp
Pepper powder - 2 tsp
Dry basil - 2 tsp
Dry Oregano - 2 tsp

Olive oil - 2 tsp

Salt - as needed








Method :

Boil the potatoes in presuure cooker and remove their skin.
Add all the ingredients along with the oil and apply them properly to the potatoes.
Marinate them for at least 2 hours.
Arrange them on a skewer .
Heat a non - stick tawa and arrange the skewers on them and cook turning on all sides till golden.
Serve with any dip or chutney .
They are yummy even without any accompaniments.
