2 tbsp......................Flaxseeds ( Alshi )
2 tbsp......................Sesame ( til seeds)
2tbsp.....................Ajwain (Owa)
2 tbsp...................Fennel seeds (badishep)
1 tsp...............Jyeshtamadh powder
1tsp...............Dry ginger powder ( Sunth )
1tbsp................Crushed and powdered sugar
Salt
Method :
Dry roast each seeds one by one separately.
When still warm add Jyeshtamadh and Sunth powder.
When cold mix sugar and salt as per the liking.
