Chocolate and orange trifle pudding is a simple yet unbelievably delicious dessert. I usually make this pudding with various flavours and whatever crush is available at home . So you can expect some more flavours during this summer season to keep you cool.
This time around I had some orange crush and so combined it with some chocolate and the combination was this sinful pudding.
This dessert will surely keep you refreshed in summers and make the kids vacations happier and more memorable.
Ingredients :
1 n 1/2 cup.....................Chocolate cake crumbs
100 gm .................chocolate slab ( Used Morde bitter chocolate)
1 cup...................orange crush
4 tsp.....................agar agar
1 cup....................fresh cream ( I used Rich Brand )
1 tbsp..................chocolate sprinkles
Method :
Melt the chocolate slab in a microwave oven for 20 seconds or till it melts.
Take 6 glasses and arrange the chocolate crumbs at the bottom equally.
Pour a spoon ful of molten chocolate on it and keep the glasses in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle agar agar on cold water and set aside for 10 minutes.
Heat 1 cup water and add it to the agar agar and whisk till it dissolves.
Now add this to the orange crush and mix well .
Let it cool completely.
Pour this on the set chocolate and again keep in the fridge till the jelly sets completely .
Now pour the remaining molten chocolate on top distributing evenly and set in freezer for 10 minutes .
Now beat the cream till stiff with a blender. This should take 8 to 10 mintues.
Top the glasses with this cream and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
