An easy to make irresistible Christmas treat .You just can’t stop at one when you try this fusion of Rasmalai and Chocolate - two all time favourites .
Ingredients -
20 Marie Biscuits
50 gms – paneer ( cottage cheese)
4 - 5 tbsp – milkmaid
6 - 7 each – chopped Almonds, Cashews and Pistachio (Badam , Kaju , Pista )
1 tsp – cardamom powder (elaichi pd)
1 tsp – kesar syrup ( or few drops kesar essence / or kesar strands soaked in milk)
Few dry rose petals (gulab ki sukhi pankhudiya )
200 gms - White chocolate ( I have used Morde brand )
For Garnish –
Few rose petals
Pistachio crushed / or slivers
Saffron strands (kesar)
