1 cup - Aleev / Halim seeds (Water cress seeds)
1 and half cup – coconut water ( nariyal pani )
3 cups – freshly grated coconut ( nariyal)
1 n half cup - jaggery (gul)
10-12 cashewnuts roughly chopped ( kaju )
1 tsp - Cardamom powder ( elaichi pd)
