What you get is a refreshing drink full of nutrients and fibre.It tastes heavenly and you will have everyone asking for more.
Don't peel the skin of apples or carrots. Just wash them thoroughly and scrape the skin of carrots . This will ensure that you get maximum fibre benefit.
Ingredients :
1 ...................Carrot
1 ..................Apple
1 tbsp............grated ginger
1 tbsp............lemon juice
2 tbsp............sugar ( if needed)
Method :
Wash , scrape and cut carrots into small pieces.
Wash and cut apples too keeping the skin.
Blend everything in a blender .
Dilute with water if you like it.
Serve chilled .
I garnished it with some pomegranate seeds.
